This Week, March 29

loved:
Google Keep - it's like virtual sticky notes. I love sticky notes.
Listening to Mulliner Nights by P.G. Wodehouse (the first story is especially funny)
That jacket ^ it's so warm and big and soft
Going out to breakfast with my dad and little sister
Late night road trips and writing and listening to music in the car while it's all dark outside
Randomly dancing around singing Happy by Pharrell Williams
Listening to the Beach Boys (here)
Forsythia

favorite song:
Come Go with Me, The Beach Boys (Do any of you know that scene in Joe Versus the Volcano when this song plays? Such a good movie.)

favorite quote:
"She'll be just fine, 'cause I know He hears her when she cries" - When She Cries, by Britt Nicole

I hope you all had a good week and Easter! xx

  1. Hope you had a good Easter, too, Sarah! As always, lovely post. I've always wanted to read a P. G. Wodehouse book - was it your first by him?

    1. I did, thanks. :) Hope you did too. I've actually read and listened to a lot of books by Wodehouse. They're hilarious. His humor is so clever and the characters are so funny. You should read one next time you're sick, it'll make you feel better. ;) And if you like listening to audio books, Cecil Jonathan reads a number of P.G.W. books and does a fantastic job. Oh, and some good Wodehouse books to start with are My Man Jeeves, The Code of the Woosters, and Carry on Jeeves. Oh, and the link up there is to a series of short stories and the first one is really funny, just sayin'. ;)

  4. Joe Versus the Volcano! I haven't seen that movie in ages! I quote it rather often, though. "Verrrrrrrrry interesting... as a luggage problem."

    Happy Easter Monday!

    1. I haven't seen it in a while either, but I was listening to the Beach Boys and that song came on and it was so familiar and then my Mom reminded me where it's from. That movie is great. Tom Hanks standing on a bunch of floating suitcases in the middle of the ocean with no land in sight randomly dancing out to the radio. Perfect.

Thank you! I hope you had a good Easter!

  6. Can You Feel The Love Tonight is one of the songs I've been bawling to lately (all thanks to my little cousins. The Lion King is such a great movie, though; I'm not complaining)!

    1. I second the yes.

No, I haven't...is that a movie or tv series? I seem to remember beginning an episode of something about those two, but I only saw like the first five minutes.

Thank you, I did - I hope you did too! <3
